Building upon evidence-based research in Systems Thinking concepts, Continuous Process Improvement, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving in groups.

It's like a flight simulator, but for school change- experiment with low risk and high reward.

Core Curriculum on Childhood Trauma

Participants gain an understanding of trauma types, stress neurobiology, and common trauma responses, along with practical strategies for creating trauma-responsive environments in schools, homes, and community settings. This curriculum, designed by the National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN), equips professionals and caregivers to recognize signs of trauma and support safety, regulation, and resilience.

This learning opportunity is ideal for professionals or community members seeking to deepen their understanding of trauma in real-world settings.

Family Engagement

Connecting with families and communities is a gratifying part of the work in emotional health care. However, the process of building trust and instilling hope can sometimes be hindered by our ability to engage with others well.

Our dedicated approach is designed to support professionals. families, caregivers, and other key adults in navigating the complexities of mental health challenges with compassion, expertise, and unwavering commitment.

We use a combination of empowerment through education, lived-experience coaching, and care coordination support, which provides comprehensive, tailored support.

Psychological Enhanced Response Liaison (PERL)

PERL was created especially for the community of people who are caring for, or working with, people living with mental health challenges. Whether you’re raising children, teaching students, caring for aging adults, or any circumstance in between, PERLs are here to educate and empower. The PERL program utilizes expert coaches and educators who also have lived experience expertise in mental health navigation to guide families and systems on best practices, implementation, resource development, and more.
