[Brockton] – [July 18, 2024] – Pinnacle Partnerships Corporation, an organization that innovates within children's mental health systems, in collaboration with youth, families, and their communities, received a $50,00.00 general operating grant from Point32Health Foundation. The funds support work promoting mental health and implementing culturally competent mental health programs that strengthen communities.
“Pinnacle Partnerships is dedicated to ensuring that every family raising a child with mental health needs receives the support they deserve. Unfortunately, many families face significant barriers to accessing these essential services, which can profoundly impact their child's well-being and overall quality of life.
Raising funds to cover the cost of our vital support and services is crucial. Contributions like this one from the Point32Health Foundation directly enable us to provide personalized assistance, expert guidance, and much-needed resources to families who might otherwise go without. Our partners help bridge the gap for those in need, ensuring that every child and family can benefit from our programs.
We are deeply grateful to the Point32Health Foundation for their unwavering support of our mission and their commitment to helping communities achieve emotional wellness. Thank you for standing with us in this important work.”
This grant is one of 31 new investments totaling nearly $3 million from Point32Health Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Point32Health and its family of companies, including Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Tufts Health Plan and Care Partners of Connecticut. The grants support community-led solutions to advance healthier communities and equity in aging in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
“These organizations are increasing social connection, improving community approaches to mental health and making healthy, culturally relevant food accessible—while creating communities that promote equitable aging,” said Nora Moreno Cargie, president of Point32Health Foundation and vice president for corporate citizenship at Point32Health. “They are collaborative and committed to making communities work better for everyone.”
